to 
1. Duplicate your image twice and set it to screen at opacity 100%. Remember this could depends on how dark your base was to start with.
2. Now go to Layer>New Adjustments Layer>Selective Color, I put in the following settings :
Reds
Cyans: -10
Magentas: 0
Yellows: +100
Blacks: 0
Yellows
Cyans: +100
Magentas: 0
Yellows: -55
Blacks: 0
Neutrals
Cyans: 0
Magentas: 0
Yellows: -11
Blacks: 0
3. Duplicate the Selective Color layer once and make a new adjustments layer (layer>new adjustments layer>hue/saturation). Set the saturation to +25.
4. That's it !
